At Sunêlia La Clémentine Campsite, we aim to welcome every holidaymaker in the best possible conditions. Our campsite is set in a natural, wooded environment, on a site with varying levels and gradients.
The lower part of the campsite is easily accessible and offers more comfortable access for people with reduced mobility. However, the upper part of the campsite features steeper slopes which may be more difficult to navigate, depending on individual ability.

Access and Parking
Camping La Clémentine has a parking space reserved for people with reduced mobility, situated in the lower part of the campsite, close to the main facilities and communal areas.
For holiday rentals, parking is generally available right next to your accommodation. Depending on the pitch you choose, access may be more or less easy due to the layout of the site and the changes in level.
For any specific enquiries regarding parking or the accessibility of your accommodation, we advise you to contact our team before making your booking. We will then be able to guide you towards the pitch or accommodation best suited to your needs and provide you with all the information you need to prepare for your stay.
As for public transport, the nearest railway station is Alès. A bus can then take you to a stop near the campsite.
Reception and welcome
Access to the reception at Camping La Clémentine is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Our team is on hand to welcome you in the best possible way and assist you if necessary upon your arrival. We can also guide you to your accommodation or pitch to help you settle in.
The reception also has an assistive device to cater for the needs of people with hearing impairments.
Accommodation and pitches
At present, Camping La Clémentine does not have mobile homes specifically designed for people with reduced mobility. The rental accommodation is not equipped with full accessibility facilities, such as an adapted shower, fully level access or a terrace that is fully wheelchair-accessible.
However, some accommodation may offer easier access than others, depending on their location and the terrain. We therefore recommend that you contact our team before making a booking so that we can guide you towards the option best suited to your needs.
Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome on the campsite. For health and safety reasons, they are not permitted in the swimming areas (swimming pool and lagoon).
Camping pitches
The camping pitches at Camping La Clémentine are spread across a natural site, with varying levels and gradients depending on the area.
All pitches are grassy and accessible by car. Some pitches are situated on a gentle slope, whilst others are located in flatter areas closer to the centre of the campsite, offering easier access to the main facilities.
Pitches located near the toilet and shower blocks offer easier access, with no need to climb steps.
Please note: the Garden Pack pitches and the private toilet and shower facilities are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Accessible communal toilets
Camping La Clémentine has a communal toilet block suitable for people with reduced mobility.
This toilet block includes, in particular:

Kids’ club, activities and children with disabilities
The mini-club building is accessible at ground level, with no steps.
Children with disabilities are welcome at the campsite. Where possible, our entertainment team can adapt certain activities, games or tasks to better meet your child’s needs.
Please note: some mini-club activities may involve physical exercise or require moving around the campsite. We therefore recommend that you speak to the entertainment team and check the programme to identify the most suitable days and activities.

The Prestige Chalet for 5–7 people (2 bedrooms – 40 m²) is suitable for people with reduced mobility who have a degree of independence. Whilst it is not specifically designed as accessible accommodation, it does offer several practical advantages.
It is situated in a relatively accessible area of the campsite, with a gentle slope depending on the specific pitch, and offers easy access to the main facilities (reception, restaurant and nearby entertainment).
Parking is available close to the accommodation, and the chalet features a comfortable interior as well as doors that open wider, making it easier to move around.

Please note: there is a small step at the entrance to the chalet and the bathroom is compact, which may restrict movement or manoeuvring with certain mobility aids.
